We thank you for your understanding and patience regarding the delays of certain titles and projects. Your feedback has been taken to heart, and we are committed to improving our services in response to your valuable suggestions. We are taking immediate steps to improve the situation and ensure swift product delivery for our customers. To expedite this, we have decided to implement a partial shipment plan, targeting orders that have combined in-stock games and games currently on pre-order. These orders will be split into multiple shipments. This approach will help reduce delays and allow our customers to enjoy their games without further waiting. We sincerely appreciate your patience and support as we diligently work to refine our order fulfillment process.

While we implement this partial shipment process, it's important to note that this adjustment may take some time to fine-tune. We are manually and meticulously reviewing and splitting each order individually to ensure accuracy and efficiency. We deeply value your continued patience as we work hard to streamline the process.
